With the development of the food industry, a compact and smaller quick freezer which is new,efficient and energy efficient-DLD, WSL spiral freezer become to be first choose for food companies. The freezing time can be adjust from20 min to 100 min. The equipment is applicable for frozen prepared foods, little package foods,intersected meats,ice creams etc.it is also applicable for sea foods,fruit and other vegetables which is hard to freeze by IQF.

1.Compact structure
Adopted multi-layer spiral structure, it is 1/3 to 1/2smaller than other freezing equipment which with same quantity.

6.Stainless steel structure
Completed stainless steel structure, the high strength mesh belt is made from SUS304. The product can be put on the belt directly to freeze with no belt's marks.There are baffle fixed on both sides of the belt's chain which can prevent the products or trays dropping from the belt.
7.Special air flow design
The design of the spiral tower and baffle plates outside the evaporator is a symmetrical and smooth cycle airflow,which enhances the product heat exchange efficiency and ensures cool air can't lose from the entrance of the in feed and out feed. Further more,the operator can enter into the cabinet to check the running condition when the equipment was running.
8.Insulation storehouse board
The body is adopted polyurethane sandwich isolation panel with SUS304 sheet. The door has double sealrods and equipped with heater for opening the dooreasier.
9.Reliable conveyor control
The spiral conveyor has adopted the America advancetechnology and run reliably. The net belt is controlled by transducer. And the speed of it can be adjusted steplessly. The SUS304 electrical control box,inside temperature digital and standard electrical companents.The feature of it is reliable.
10.Big trough settled in the bottom for draining easily
The bottom with 3mm stainless steel board made of tank. That is easy for cleaning and draining.
