Industrial Vibrating Screen Dewatering Vibrator Machine for Food Processing
The material enters from the feeding end and vibrates forward through the vibrating eccentric device, so that the material can remove most of the water droplets as soon as possible, and then enter the air drying line or directly into the box, which greatly shortens the drying time of the material and improves the working efficiency of the product. The machine can also be used for material screening, grading and cloth.
The whole machine is made of SUS304 high-quality stainless steel, and the frame square steel is made of 2.5mm thick stainless steel welded.
The screen surface is made of one-piece food-grade stainless steel screen, which is firm and durable.
Compared with the traditional spring vibration base, the latest advanced device is adopted to make the vibration more uniform and wider, the double reinforcement is safer to use, and the continuity of production is guaranteed.
